There’s a constitutional right to use social media, Supreme Court says

The US Supreme Court on Monday (June 19th, 2017), declared as unconstitutional a 2008 North Carolina law barring registered sex offenders from accessing commercial social media sites where minors may become members or create personal pages or profiles, arguing that "to foreclose access to social media altogether is to prevent the user from engaging in the legitimate exercise of First Amendment rights".
