giponet.org, part of the Global Internet Policy Observatory (GIPO), is designed to help better understand global developments on internet policy and governance. The European Commission is helping set-up the GIPO tool to help everyone find their way in the Internet policy labyrinth and understand what is being discussed at key international events on Internet Governance, who does what, what positions different stakeholders adopt.
