Spanish DPA fines Facebook 1,2 million euro

The Spanish Data Protection Authority fined Facebook with 1,2 million euro for several breaches of the Spanish Data Protection Law. This investigation is a part of a joint initiative of DPAs from Belgium, France, Hamburg and The Netherlands. Facebook appealed the decision.
