France leader of censorship on Facebook in 2015

Following French government’s requests, Facebook had to delete a total 37 990 pages during the past related to terrorism. The requests targeted pages supporting terrorist activity.  The second country with the highest number of censorship requests is India with a total of 30 126 deletion requests.
