Dutch intelligence and security agencies may gain bulk cable-interception power

The government drafted a legislative proposal to update the Dutch Intelligence and Security Act of 2002 which would expand the existing bulk interception power of the Dutch intelligence agencies AIVD and MIVD from non-cable bound communications to also include cable communications.
