Dutch court to hear action by tribesmen devastated by drones

A legal action by two Somali tribesmen whose lives were devastated by an American drone strike last year is to be heard in a Dutch court due to the fact that the Dutch intelligence Service MIVD provided processed data used for a US-directed drone strike.
