Draft law on digital trespassing proposed in “Bundesrat”

On 17 June 2016, the federated state Hessen proposed legislation for digital trespassing in the “Bundesrat”. The new provision shall be included in the criminal code and define the unlawful usage of IT-systems as an offence.
